Welcome to FELVO. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of felvo.shop (the "Site") and your purchase of products from FELVO ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

FELVO is an online retailer of premium pet wellness products, operating in the United Arab Emirates. Contact: support@felvo.shop.

2. Eligibility & accounts

By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping any account credentials secure.

3. Products & pricing

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour or design may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors, and to limit quantities, at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Orders & payment

Your order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel orders where fraud, error or stock unavailability is suspected, with a full refund of any amount paid. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details.

5. Shipping & delivery

We ship within the UAE. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary. Orders over AED 150 qualify for free standard shipping unless stated otherwise. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns, refunds & the 30-night comfort guarantee

In line with UAE consumer protection requirements, you may return unused products in their original packaging within the period stated in our Refund Policy. Selected products are additionally covered by our 30-night comfort guarantee as described on the relevant product page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Items that are used, damaged by misuse, or hygiene-sensitive and unsealed may not be eligible, except where they are defective.

7. Warranties & liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its amendments. Except for those statutory rights, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Products are intended for use with pets as described; always supervise your pet and follow the product instructions.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the FELVO name, wordmark, images, video and copy, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

10. Electronic commerce

These Terms and any transactions concluded through the Site are governed by the UAE framework for trading by modern technological means, including Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
