Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns of unused products in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in the condition you received them, with all parts, accessories and tags included, together with your order number as proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective: opened cat litter and other consumables, and hygiene-sensitive items (such as bedding, litter boxes, grooming tools or feeding bowls) that have been used or unsealed.

How to start a return

Email support@felvo.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Please do not send items back before contacting us — we will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address and instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you. Your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law are not affected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear on your statement.

Order cancellations

Orders are sent to fulfilment shortly after they are placed, so we cannot guarantee a cancellation. If you need to cancel, email support@felvo.shop as soon as possible — if your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once dispatched, the return process above applies.
