Where we ship

We ship across the GCC: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • United Arab Emirates: 5–10 business days
  • Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman: 10–20 business days

These timelines are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays and peak seasons can extend them. The estimate shown at checkout applies to your order.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. Tracking may take 2–3 days to show its first update after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the UAE may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Address accuracy and failed deliveries

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct at checkout — the carrier may call to arrange delivery. If an address needs correcting, contact us at support@felvo.shop as soon as possible; we cannot change an address once the order has been dispatched. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts may be refunded minus the shipping cost.

Delayed or lost shipments

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@felvo.shop with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right — with a replacement or a refund if the shipment is confirmed lost.
